I was pretty surprised to see a Neotropical Cormorant near a duck pond in a city park in Tucson but here he/she was. Consulting my bird book confirmed, this is a Neotropical Cormorant. These guys seemed to have disappeared from the area now, so I suspect they were just passing through.
