Camping Bled

When we talk about Slovenian most known tourist destinations, we shouldn’t forget on Bled. Slovenia has only one island, but it is more attractive than many other islands around the world. In the shelter the picturesque mountains it can be found in the middle of an alpine lake. If you want to experience something different, beautiful, with possibilities of relaxation and inspiration, peace or sporting challenges, visit camping Bled with 5 stars.

The campsite is ranked in the highest category of campsites, and is especially friendly to families with children. Hosts provide a varied animation program for both adults and for the youngest. The camp is famous for its beautiful arrangement. They have an archery shooting range that has been set up in their Indian village, where professional tutors are assisted in the study of archery. In addition to camping you can also rent Indian tents, floating pirate lodges and cowboy wagon. The youngest enthusiasts will love the thermal part with swimming pools and water slides.

The sanitary facilities are heated and some are additionally equipped with washing machines, dishwashers and drying machines. You have also individual bathrooms, which you can rent during your stay.

A well-known German automobile association ADAC and the Dutch auto camp ANWB rated Terme Čatež as the best campsite in Slovenia.

Camp Adria

 

Do you want to camp on the sea? Camp Adria is a 4 star camp, and the largest and one of the best organized campsites on the Slovenian coast. It is located right next to the sea and in a beautiful natural environment. You can relax in the shade of centuries-old cedar trees and pine trees. If you want a comfortable stay, they have mobile homes or luxurious Hobby trailers with full camping equipment available for you.

The safe and shady shelter of many paths and playgrounds is ideal for families with small children. The camp is also adapted for people with disabilities; it is the only camp on the coast, which has the lift from the pool for them. Pets are welcome as they have their own toilet, shower and beach.

There are four restaurants and bars with a rich culinary offer along the sea. Spacious beach with pier, Olympic and children’s pool, water sports, tennis courts, bowling and a wellness center with heated seawater – this is just a few possibilities for recreation, fun and relaxation. The camp is open as a stop for RV’s in the winter time.

Camping Menina

 

In the center of the 35 km long Upper Savinja Valley, surrounded by up to 2,500 meters of high mountains and extremely intact nature, there is a camp Menina with 4 stars. It stretches along the river Savinja, where you can swim and refresh or do it in a lake within the campsite. The campsite lies in a valley known for its many natural attractions and many opportunities for sports activities.

There are countless possibilities for one or several-day guided mountain trekking. There are many well-marked biking trails and take-off paragliding courses. The camp staff will be happy to offer you the opportunity to experience rafting, kayaking, canyoning, fishing, bowling, tennis, table tennis, volleyball, football, morning jogging and aerobics, or a chance to relax in the sauna or massage parlor at the campsite. In addition to the camp, there is a brand new sports center with various playgrounds and dog training.

Cross-country ski runs are arranged in the winter time, and ice-skating lovers can enjoy the frozen lake. The nearby ski center Golte offers Alpine skiing. The surrounding places organize numerous local events. Together with the beautiful Logar Valley, Matkovo and Robanov kot, Rinka Waterfall, Mozirski gaj and many other historical and cultural sights, the valley is definitely worth a visit!
